A letter from Syrian doctor who studied medicine in Russia and his hospital went out of duty because an air strike that he believes it is by Russian air forces ...... Dr Seif works in ER of Douma city just 10 km from Damascus since more than 3 years when he came back from Europe where he used to live ..... Yesterday there were more than 300 injured by air strikes in his city Douma but no ER because it was targeted the day before , more of 90 died .
Maybe it is not Russian jets , but it is for sure Russian weapons.
